If it wasn’t for Pete and his knowledge of real estate we wouldn’t have gotten this house. When it looked like the insurance company wouldn’t insure the home because of the roof and the seller wasn’t budging on replacing it. Pete came up with an alternative way of paying for the roof at closing so that our offer could go through! Pete did such a wonderful job with everything. He helped us with that. I have now hired him to sell my existing home. I’ve also recommended him to everyone I can! He’s been a blessing to me and my family and I wouldn’t wanna work with anyone else.

From the 1st day we met I knew she was going to be great. As time went on she was always on point. Communication was key. She knows the market well and helped me every step of the way. She negotiated for me and is very professional. Lorena has been an Angel in disguise. On days I felt lost she was always positive and helpful to me.
