Scott was great to work with. He helped up with the purchase of a new home and the sale of our old home. Both transactions had their bumps along the way because of the hurricanes that hit the area, but Scott handled them all in stride. He kept both sides engaged and helped get everyone to the closing table. He went above and beyond with the sale of our house, introducing us to the right people to fix inspection report issues and even meeting contractors at the house when my wife and I were unavailable. We will use Scott in any of our future real estate transactions and recommended him to family to help them.

Nancy was amazing! She had an excellent knowledge of the market-since our home really had no comps in our immediate area, she reached out farther into Belleair and came up with a selling price that we were hoping to get based on our research. And after only 2 days on the market, we had an offer! Her professionalism was top-notch, she always kept us in the loop as to what was going on and when we needed to be out of the house.
