good general knowledge of her market

We decided to sell our townhome on the Cotee river and were given a recommendation to contact Mike. We contacted another realtor, but decided to go with Mike due to his confidence and knowledge of the local market. We set an asking price that we felt comfortable with and within a week we had a full price offer and we closed within a month. During the sales process we were kept fully informed and Mike was quick to answer any questions or concerns. A problem that arose was quickly handled and within a couple days we were back on course. The support from colleagues and third parties, the title company for instance, were similarly competent and responsive. I highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone needing real estate expertise.

This was our second time working with Tami Pierce and again she did not disappoint! From the day we met to discuss possibilities and best timing, to the closing day, Tami displayed a wealth of knowledge of the market and advised us on best approach to list our property. Tami's touches to the staging made the home look more beautiful and inviting than it already was, in addition to helping us with a few items needing attention before listing. The two most important feedback though, are 1) we trust her 100% because of her knowledge and experience and 2) her positive vibe throughout the process is contagious!! We highly recommend her for any Real Estate transactions. Ed & Renato Tampa, Florida
