Daimi stepped in when my original agent left the state. Living in another stated myself made things a little more complicated, however Daimi helped me every step of the way. A+++

Victor Crespo was referred to me upon reaching out to a realtor who I had worked with when originally moving to Florida and into my previous home. The prior agent's referral was anything but a disappointment - Victor is a fantastic agent. Besides being friendly, well-spoken, and articulate, he is as professional and as hard working of a residential real estate agent as I have ever worked with (this being my 4th home that I've purchased in 3 different states / cities). The buying process of my now current home went relatively smoothly on the buying side but was anything but in terms of the interactions with the seller and seller's agent. Yet Victor stayed vigilant throughout the process, documenting everything discussed in a timely and professional manner, communicating the proper sense of urgency when needed. Here's the deal - I always felt that my interests were being well-represented throughout the buying process. Victor himself is as responsive as any agent I've ever worked with. And the fact is, he's a solid guy, period. He's now part of my "dream team", along with my lender and insurance agent (the latter being a solid referral from Victor), so when I want to do this again, I know I'll only need to make one phone call - to Victor and Future Home Realty. Victor - thank you. It wasn't the easiest process, but your hard work and dedication made it much more comfortable and relieved much of the stress that could have been present.

Our property sale turned out to be far more complicated than a typical real estate transaction — involving multiple parties, legal oversight from another state, and several unexpected issues that arose along the way. Through it all, Rhea handled everything with professionalism, calmness, and a genuine desire to help us reach the finish line. She was always proactive, transparent, and quick to offer practical solutions. When inspection problems surfaced, Rhea didn’t just relay the news — she helped us find and coordinate a reliable contractor, guided the necessary repairs, and kept everyone aligned so the process could move forward smoothly. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she balanced firmness with fairness in every negotiation. It’s rare to find an agent who combines expertise, integrity, and such genuine care for her clients. We’re deeply grateful for Rhea’s patience, diligence, and steady hand in getting our sale successfully closed despite the many obstacles. She truly went above and beyond — and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who gets results with grace and professionalism.
