Leslee helped us buy our home in South Tampa, and what set her apart was her approach: instead of steering us toward a quick decision, she oriented us to the market by driving neighborhoods, touring properties, and helping us understand what we were really looking at. She has an unusually sharp eye for the physical side of homes (structure, mechanics, the things that matter especially in older houses) and became a genuine thought partner as we evaluated properties. She also knew exactly when to offer her perspective and when to let us work through our own thinking, which is a harder skill than it sounds. When we couldn't be on-site during the closing process, she was there for us every step of the way. Couldn't have pulled it off without here and becasue of that, we left the process feeling informed and confident in our decision!

Mi experiencia fue la mejor siendo mi primera ves haciendo este tipo de comprar, jhonatan es un excelente guía, explica muy bien lo este cual y más, si es necesario explica mil veces lo mismo para que quedes 100% claro y sin dudas, y mejor aún el no se desliga del comprador luego de finalizar la comprar el sigue respondiendo preguntas y aclarando todo tipo de dudas después de finalizar la comprar. En mi opinión fue una bendición haber encontrado tan excelente persona y con el corazón de querer ayudar.

Joan Manganaro and Cheyenne Watson are the best realtors I have ever worked with. They go the second and third mile. When we bought our first condo in River Cove Landing we were supposed to be meeting another realtor from Zillow. He never showed. Joan came and showed us the unit which we purchased. She has now shown us a second condo that we loved and purchased and she is listing our other condo and one we have in the Islands that is being renovated after the flood. She assists with moving, repairs and even did a walkthrough with my wife at the condo being renovated. I will never use another realtor group.
