What impressed us perhaps most is that their help didn't end at closing. Even now, they continue to look out for us and help take care of things at the house. Chuck has even come over personally to check on work being done and make sure things are going as they should. That level of care and commitment, long after the sale was completed, is truly exceptional and has meant a great deal to us. They also made our closing special with wonderful housewarming gifts, including a beautifully framed photograph of us at the property from the very first day we saw it—a thoughtful gesture we will always treasure.
