Lisa assisted us with the purchase of our new home which was complicated by the fact that we were out of state for a large portion of the process. She was honest regarding the market and what we could expect to pay as well as guiding us closely so that we were not overpaying for our new home. She closely listened to us as far as what we needed in a home and never stopped working on our behalf to find the perfect home. In such a competitive market, properties routinely would sell before we could view or receive multiple offers. She was quick to find new homes for us to view when others would go under contract and guided us closely as far as crafting competitive offers. I truly believe we would not have found or been as competitive in the buying process without Lisa's attention to detail and her vast real estate experience. Once we found our forever home, she kept us informed daily regarding everything we needed to ensure a smooth closing and property transfer. She repeatedly visited our new home to ensure that all inspections and walk throughs were completed on a timely basis and ensured that everything was ready for our move in date. I cannot express in words how hard Lisa worked for us to make sure our home buying process was a smooth as possible.
