We bought our house through Taylor when we moved to the Tampa area. He was awesome to work with; quick to jump on any opportunities and worked hard to get us the best possible value for our home purchase. He was not pushy at all to just make a sale, but made us feel completely comfortable in our search and wanted to find us the best home for us. And so, when it was time to move out of state, it wasn’t even a question for us regarding who we were going to use! Once again, Taylor (and his team) were outstanding. When selling, Taylor immediately came to the house and let us know what we would need to work on and what his expectations were for us to list at. Taylor and his team quickly had beautiful photos taken, our house listed, and an open house set up. We accepted an offer in less than a week for more than we expected. We would definitely recommend Taylor as a realtor to buy or sell!

I truly do not know where to begin. I was looking to purchase my first home (I was lost as to where to begin) and I asked my friend for a recommendation, and he informed me that Greg helped him with his home purchase, so I figured I’d give Greg a shot. From the first point of contact all the way through closing, and even after that, Greg has consistently remained the most attentive, professional, and courteous representative I’ve ever dealt with, from ANY company. (BMW has great service, and I thought that was the best until I’ve worked with Greg) he has made this process one of the most easiest things I’ve done in my life, and I guess buying a house really can be simple as long as you are equipped with a realtor that knows the inns and out of every little thing you could possibly think of. I’m so happy with my new house, and it’s all because Greg made it happen. If Greg was a lawyer, I’d hire him because of how sharp and precise he is in his explanations, his swift responses, and expedited services. On a scale of 1-10, overall, I’d give Greg a 20.
