This is a first - I've rarely bothered to write reviews about anything, but Julie Jones deserves a rave review. We met Julie many months before we agreed to sell, and during that time she kept in touch with important information which was always helpful. During those months, Julie kept apprised of the market, such that when we were ready to sell, she gave us a higher sale listing price that surprised me. Well, our house had two offers the day after it was listed. We agreed on a full price offer with a very short closing date. Since my husband and I were moving and left the area, Julie kept on top of every need, and spent much of her own time taking care of many details. The offer was carefully discussed and Julie's advice proved to be beneficial, and relieved much of the stress. we closed with no problems - thanks to this excellent realtor. Thank you Julie Jones!
