Dee was amazing! We lived in Ohio and we were moving to Florida in a very short time frame. We created a list of homes we wanted to see and emailed it to her before we arrived. We got off the plane and met Dee for breakfast. She really took the time to get to know us. Not just as clients but as friends. If I were to recommend an Agent in the Tampa Bay area, Valerie Gerbus would be my #1 choice. I live out of state and purchased a property in Tampa, and her efforts to coordinate all the activities on my behalf went well beyond expectations.
