Words cannot convey how much I appreciate your expertise during the big decision of purchasing a home. I am grateful for the time you took to understand my needs and preferences. Buying a house during this crazy housing market was daunting especially with numerous offer submissions and loads of let downs from people over bidding ridiculous amounts over the listing price that surpassed my offers, but you smoothed the way, explained everything clearly, and gave me confidence that the right house will come my way. You are always responsive either by phone, text, or email. I appreciated the time you spent helping me navigate the process throughout the year and a half of my house hunting. Your professionalism and quality of service is, by all means, top notch! I am very thankful for your guidance and support.

Deanna is a hard working realtor. Her open houses are the most organized events I have witnessed. She not only knows the area extensively, but she got to know all the nuances of my home and why it might be a good fit for many different customers. As she spoke with customers, I could see the connections she was making. Deanna has sold homes at all price points and is aware what it takes to bring in the right type of buyer. She's quick to respond to Communications and has many Connections in the community. She got me top dollar for my house and was always a positive voice for me along the way. I cannot imagine going through the process without her.

Having worked with several realtors as well as having been in the industry myself, I will say that you couldn't ask for a better choice in realtors. Robert offers something quickly evaporating in this field that has been overcome with technology, which is personalized service and attention. Robert not only meets the needs of his customers with technological advancements that help move the process along promptly but does so with an amiable and caring approach. Robert worked tirelessly to find the right home for my family. While my own family complained about the endless trips we made to all the properties I was interested in, Robert patiently reviewed each and every property with us and encouraged my family with each home that didn’t make the cut. We finally found our next home and it is perfect! His negotiation skills helped ensure that the home was perfectly suited to our budget as well. He worked closely with the lender to ensure a smooth closing process and personally met with the appraisers and inspectors for further peace of mind. Whether you are in the market for a new home or selling your current one, I have no doubt that Robert Spoo will exceed your expectations. I truly believe Robert cares about his customers and will work hard to make certain your individualized needs are met.

Comstock Home group did an amazing job marketing and selling our home in record time. Our home sold within the first week of listing in an uncertain market! The staff was professional, courteous, concise, and timely. They ensured we new each step of the process, prepared us to stage and market, and provided ample communication from contract to closing. They managed all of the fine details while our family relocated across the country to pursue a future job opportunity. Kristen, Helen, and Evelyn are tenacious professionals with an abundance of real estate knowledge, expertly priced and marked our home in a competitive market, and their love for their trade shows through in each of their transactions. Our home sale was seamless and stress free throughout the entire process beginning to end. 5 Stars, 10/10, A++.
