He particularly showed his expertise when a buyer’s first offer on this house “fell through” and Kent was able to get inspection documents ( saving us money and time) and advised us on revising our offer price and provided the detailed wording in the contract - all of which saved us significant amount of money from what we originally thought we would be spending.
