WOW! What a great realtor! He will send us lots of choices for us to like at and/or select for a visit within our parameters. He will even research other selections that we have seen further away. We can email, text and call him. He will get back to us within minutes most of the time. Eric has a wealth of knowledge and is willing to give us his opinion if he sees something we need to look out for and/or negotiate into an offer. And we cannot forget his sense of humor! I wish I could adopt him for a brother I never had! ADDENDUM! Soooo-I dragged this poor man in 98-degree heat to look at 13 homes in Citrus Springs (FL). One hour and 45 minutes into the hills. He kept his humor the whole time and we got through almost all of them. Some of the roads where the homes were planted on a piece of land were so bad we didn't even look at those. In the end on the way home, my friend was worried that if I got really angry with him, I would be able to put is body in the woods all through the community. I also didn't want to be that far from my hair stylist that I have been going to for 20 + years. Today we sent him a new list of more homes we want to view. NO ONE CAN COMPARE TO HIS ETHICS, HIS KNOWLEGE AND CAN DO ATTATUDE

Anne also assisted our realtor who sold our home. The plan is for our new home to be our forever home, should we decide to move again there's no doubt in my mind who I'll be calling.
