Anne made the process of selling my home and buying a new one as smooth as possible. As a full time working single parent, my days are as hectic as they can get, and Anne kept me on track every step of the way. Very communicative and never bothered by my endless questions and occasional confusion. Anne truly cared to review my wants, needs, and budget to help me secure a home for myself and my son that was most suitable for us as if she were family. It was an absolute pleasure working with someone I could trust wholeheartedly throughout this entire process. Anne was fabulous from start to finish. Knowing we were moving across state lines she was in constant contact with us. Flexible in setting aside days to take us looking in the area we choose. Once we had a contract on our new home, Anne was on top of it all. Not only did she get us the best deal, but she also kept us in the loop of all things happening. Anne also assisted our realtor who sold our home. The plan is for our new home to be our forever home, should we decide to move again there's no doubt in my mind who I'll be calling.

As a first time homebuyer, navigating the home buying process felt intimidating and a bit overwhelming. Anne was fantastic to work with - she laid every step out clearly and answered all my questions. She has sold over 300 homes and this was evident from her vast base of knowledge. She basically walked me through everything, and told me what to anticipate and when to anticipate it so there were no surprises along the way. Can’t speak highly enough of her - easy to talk with and not remotely pushy at all. A great asset to have when you are going through this process.

Anne was wonderful every step of the way, from helping us find our initial rental home when we first moved to Florida, to helping us get the home that was everything we were hoping for! She helped us virtually tour and get an offer in straight away when the perfect home popped while we were away on vacation. She took care of everything and made sure we got over the line to close in just 3 weeks. We can not thank her enough for helping us get this home!
