We were prepared for our home to be on the market for at least 6 months but she had it on a closing table in less then 3. 100% she will be the agent on my next real estate transaction. Carmen was wondering in providing all the necessary information and documentation need to get this closing to happen. She was able to negotiate the price down and handle the setup of the appraisal. Her experience with real estate is excellent and her problem solving skills are on par.
