After 40 days on the market and no offers, her suggestions to lower the price and paint the interior a neutral color created immediate results. Javy was extremely responsive to what we needed every step of the way! His knowledge of the area was helpful since we are new to the area. Since we are a military family, we were using a VA loan. My house is sold! & Even though I'd never been a part of a house sale before it was seamless and easy because of Robyn and her team's expertise and helpfulness.
