While we were in the USA and then in Germany for three weeks, she stayed in constant contact with us and worked closely with the seller’s agent on the home we loved. When the seller initially took the house off the market, Raena worked hard to speak with the seller and successfully convinced her to change her mind and allow us to purchase the home. After our offer was accepted, Raena sent us a clear and detailed email outlining everything we needed to do next. She handled all communication with the title company, arranged the inspection, and even connected us with a company to provide an insurance estimate for the house. Raena went above and beyond for us—she was absolutely fabulous.
