Katy helped me buy my house 5 years ago and protected me from an overly zealous seller. So I asked her to list my house when it was time to move. It was a very down market and I had needed to move early in the process. Katy was fabulously helpful handling the many little details that needed to done, but I was out of state and couldn't do. And she managed to find the perfect buyer willing to pay a reasonable price. She couldn't have done any more for me throughout.

Charmaine also goes the 2nd mile as we were out of state and she went over and did many things at the home that we did not ask her to do as well as meeting inspectors and maintenance folks. She is also offered up having a driveway party when we moved down there this spring. We’re not available Charmaine also has her daughter fell and who is almost equally as great as Charmaine. We ended up finding a home that we liked, she help walked me through the process. She will also be managing my new home, and preparing to lease out. Has provided me with helpful feedback.
