A very good experience

Karl is hands-down the most fair, knowledgable, genuine, and professional landlord/businessman I have ever met. From the first day we met, he was about his business and my best interest at the same time, which is beyond rare. I hope to continue a partnership with Karl, with him helping me and purchase our first home.

Barbara, went above and beyond to help us out. She took time out of her busy schedule just to show us around the villages. We ended up finding a home that we liked, she help walked me through the process. She will also be managing my new home, and preparing to lease out. Has provided me with helpful feedback.
