She went out of her way over and over to get information for me about neighboring property owners. Throughout the process of buy my home I developed a friend. Looking for the perfect Realtor to help you in the home buying process? Look no further! My husband and myself first met Casondra back in 2019 when we first started to look for real estate to move from Illinois to Florida. When we reached out, we heard back from her almost immediately and she was so amazing all around from the get-go. Casondra is so incredibly knowledgeable (anywhere from the homes and their values, location, what would be a good offer to make, etc.) and can answer almost any question you have. What is more incredible about her though is the fact that she actually learns your tastes and wants for what you are looking for in a home, and then produces! Even though we were so far away for so long we still remained in touch over the months and would meet up whenever we would come down to catch up and look at more homes. Casondra not only advocated for us when we needed it but also made sure to keep everyone within the process of buying a home on track as well. She is amazing at explaining the processes of things and what to expect, all while keeping you updated and in the loop. Also, she greatly decreases the stress and anxiety that may accompany purchasing a home. She is always on her game and takes care of issues and situations that you may not see coming, don't worry she's got you back and can handle it! My husband and myself at one point told her to look for a home that we would like and put in an offer for us (Ha-ha). I would not recommend anyone to purchase a home without Casondra's help or for her to be their relator. She is the total package. Without her we would not have found our dream and forever home. So we've been talking about leaving New York for 2 years because my wife has asthma and I have arthritis bad. One day while my wife was watching our two year old granddaughter and looking through listings, my granddaughter called Casondra by accident. I knew my granddaughter was smart because she put us in touch with the best real estate agent ever, Casondra Ball. I am so pleased to have worked with Casondra. She knows the real estate market and she did a great job landing us our retirement home. I could go on and on about Casondra's expertise and people skills. I found Anthony Alfarone to be a very dependable hard-working and honest realtor who kept his word and moved quickly with all his responses we had a contract in 17 days being on the market and closed the property very reasonably and he went out of his way so make sure everything was coordinated properly and the office was very helpful as well his team I'm talking about
