She is amazing at explaining the processes of things and what to expect, all while keeping you updated and in the loop. Also, she greatly decreases the stress and anxiety that may accompany purchasing a home. She is always on her game and takes care of issues and situations that you may not see coming, don't worry she's got you back and can handle it! My husband and myself at one point told her to look for a home that we would like and put in an offer for us (Ha-ha). I would not recommend anyone to purchase a home without Casondra's help or for her to be their relator. She is the total package. Without her we would not have found our dream and forever home.
