Stephen treated me and my property as if it were a multi-million dollar home. 360-degree video tours, professionally written listings, an extremely thorough FACT based proposal as to what my homes value is and the price I should set just to name a few of the services Stephen provided. Stephen was PERSONALLY at EVERY showing to actually SELL my home and all its attributes to the potential buyers as well as answer questions they had. No need for open houses. Stephen always answered his phone personally and was always willing to knock down every roadblock to success for both myself as the seller and my buyer. There was nothing he would not address!
