Canard was awesome. Everything went smoothly from beginning to the end with the sale of our home. Canard was polite, kind and able to answer every question I had. Our home was listed on a realtor site of homes becoming available, it never hit the market, we had 2 different showings and it was sold. He was able to get everything taken care of behind the scenes which required very little effort on our part. He met with us for signings explaining each document as we went along.
