We found Erin through the bank we were dealing with; what a Blessing. The last agent we had in Ocala; no words. Erin listened to what we wanted for a house & those were the listings she sent us. By the first tour of house she got a good idea of what we wanted by our second tour of houses we found ours. She did a great job negotiating with the buyer’s realtor and was there with the inspection. She kept us informed on everything and most important she kept us stressless and running seamless! We were so happy with her we told my son that he had to list his house with Erin because we knew she is always on point! Duke did an excellent job handling the sale of our property in Ocala. The entire transaction had to be coordinated remotely while we were overseas, and he made the process very smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, he guided us through each step of the process, and the property sold quickly at the asking price.
