Being we were moving from out of state & couldn't be hands on, Laura came through for us in a way we never imagined! It might as well have been us in her body checking and reviewing all things necessary, even noting things we wouldn't have thought of. Working with us with video tours, pics and constant real time updates while continuously being beyond communicative in all aspects. Liss did a terrific job selling our house! And she did it in 3 months when The Villages couldn't sell it in an entire year. The staging was beautiful. She had frequent open houses and showings. She was always available if we had questions, during or after normal business hours. When the inspector found some issues that required repairs, she had reliable contractors that she recommended to fix them. She communicated frequently with the buyer's agent about the status of the repairs right up until the day of closing. We highly recommend her and would definitely hire her again.
