Nancy was quickly responsive with questions I needed answered. When we looked at homes she would check on things I would not have thought of, for example, I knew nothing of septic tank homes, she had all the information I would need, she knew which air handlers were good models, and since the process of buying and selling has changed dramatically when I bought a home 15 years ago, she made the process go quite smoothly for me. I was pleased with Nancy’s negotiating skills as well in buying my new home. I have recommended her to a friend already.

David helped our family sell our mother’s estate, and to say he did a phenomenal job is an understatement! From the very beginning, David made everything feel simple and stress-free. First off, he didn’t just throw a price on the home and hope for the best. He strategically priced it which helped it sell in less than a week. David was there every step of the way. We received thorough communication on any updates and instructions on what to expect next constantly. He negotiated hard for us and made sure to keep our best interests in mind. David is a true professional and was amazed at how hands-on he was. He coordinated contractors, clearly outlined what needed to be done to pass inspections, worked directly with the buyers lender, agent, and the title company to make sure everything ran smoothly and our questions were answered. He managed the entire process from start to finish. Before passing, my mother and father lived in the home for decades and what meant so much to me and my sisters was that it sold to someone we know will take care of it which wasn’t something we asked for at first, but it ended up meaning a lot to our family! If you’re looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly, and truly cares then David is your guy! Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone Get Outlook for Android

Navin was very professional and knowledgeable, he went the extra mile to get us the best deal for our home, and was there to help us at all times, we highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home or property.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jill Lindsay! She went above and beyond in helping my family find our forever home in Ocala, and we are so incredibly grateful to her. From the very beginning, Jill was patient, knowledgeable, supportive, and truly listened to what we were looking for. She made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier because we always knew we had someone in our corner. She was available at all hours, answering every question we had — not only before we closed, but even after closing. That level of dedication and commitment is something you don't find every day. Jill genuinely cared about finding the right home for our family, and it never felt like she was just doing a job. She went the extra mile every step of the way and made us feel like we were her only clients. We are so happy to have found our forever home, and we truly believe Jill was a huge part of making that happen. She is absolutely the best, and I would recommend and refer her to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell a home! Thank you, Jill, for everything you did for us. We appreciate you more than you know! ❤️🏡

This was my first time working with Jennifer and she did an excellent job! She was there from the start and made sure the process went smooth to the very end. We closed as expected and there were no surprises. Her expertise was so evident that I knew I was in good hands. Jennifer has become my number one agent.

Prompt response with answers to questions etc
