Our decision to move was a rather short notice one. John responded to our request immediately. He listened to all of our needs and concerns. But more than that, he addressed them each, one by one. His direction and guidance was invaluable. He helped us prepare the home for sale and to address all the details of closing accounts, ( such as propane, electricity, taxes, etc. ) staging, and dealing with the purchaser’s agent. He provided drone overhead photos as well as excellent inside and outside photos featuring our home. Every step of the way we felt comfortable with the process. He listened to all our questions and addressed them all. He was never pushing us, rather he was assisting us on whatever came up. His skills as a mediator were invaluable. His consideration also included the needs of the buyer. This made the whole process smooth and without stress. We heartily recommend him to anyone looking to make what could be a stressful process smooth, efficient, and uneventful. He addressed not only our house showings and sale but our repeated questions. Garrett and his team were so great to work with! From the initial inquiry about my condo to the closing, he was fantastic. I have already recommended him to my friends in the area. He was great with communication and always kept me informed on what our next steps were. And, he was able to negotiate for over asking!!
