Terrie helped us sell our house in one week when the market was rather slow. She also provided great contacts that helped us get our house ready for sale. She was responsive to our questions. Overall, we were pleased with our experience working with Terrie.

Our decision to move was a rather short notice one. John responded to our request immediately. He listened to all of our needs and concerns. But more than that, he addressed them each, one by one. His direction and guidance was invaluable. He helped us prepare the home for sale and to address all the details of closing accounts, ( such as propane, electricity, taxes, etc. ) staging, and dealing with the purchaser’s agent. He provided drone overhead photos as well as excellent inside and outside photos featuring our home. Every step of the way we felt comfortable with the process. He listened to all our questions and addressed them all. He was never pushing us, rather he was assisting us on whatever came up. His skills as a mediator were invaluable. His consideration also included the needs of the buyer. This made the whole process smooth and without stress. We heartily recommend him to anyone looking to make what could be a stressful process smooth, efficient, and uneventful. He addressed not only our house showings and sale but our repeated questions. Garrett and his team were so great to work with! From the initial inquiry about my condo to the closing, he was fantastic. I have already recommended him to my friends in the area. He was great with communication and always kept me informed on what our next steps were. And, he was able to negotiate for over asking!! Born and raised in the area and selling real estate for many years, Bob is a fountain of invaluable information. He knows all the developments in the area and can tell you which ones are built with sub-par construction or which are in flood zones. He doesn’t want to just sell you a house—he wants to make sure you’re in a good, solid house that checks all the boxes. In addition, Bob went above and beyond the usual obligations for a real estate agent. We didn’t just go to contract and then he forgot about the sale until closing—he saw an opportunity after the contract was signed and renegotiated a lower price. He was truly helpful throughout the whole buying process, finding competent businesses to work with, helping set up utilities, etc. If you’re looking for a super-knowledgeable, super-nice and helpful person for your real estate agent, someone who really cares about his clients, I highly recommend Bob—he’s a pro!
