Michelle was absolutely amazing to work with! We were purchasing a home in the Palm Harbor area while living in New York, and she made the entire process feel incredibly easy and manageable. She was responsive, knowledgeable about the area, honest with us, and always willing to answer our many questions. What I appreciated most was that we never felt pressured. Michelle genuinely listened to what we were looking for and helped us find a house that was the right fit for our plans. Having someone local that we completely trusted was especially important while trying to navigate a purchase from another state. She stayed on top of everything throughout the process, communicated clearly, and was there whenever we needed her. We absolutely love our Florida house and are so grateful Michelle helped us make it happen. I have known Jearri for 12 years and consider her a friend. She has helped me find 3 homes. She has also been the go-to person for several of my family members. I can’t even describe how wonderful Darleen was through the whole sale process! Her help was invaluable in not only selling my dad’s condo but she also went above & beyond in her services in so many ways! Darleen was amazing with my father & visited his assisted living facility so he didn’t need to go anywhere- she took care of everything. (Even took my dad for a haircut!) She was a godsend for a daughter who couldn’t physically be there. A POA was eventually needed (after the sale) & Darleen took care of that as well! I will recommend her services to all my friends & family in the future.
