Wow, what a wonderful person. Courtney not only went above and beyond to help in everyway but also explained things to me I wasn't made aware. It was not only amazing to work with Courtney but also refreshing to know I'm working with someone who wants to get the best for my family and I in this move. I can’t even describe how wonderful Darleen was through the whole sale process! Her help was invaluable in not only selling my dad’s condo but she also went above & beyond in her services in so many ways! Darleen was amazing with my father & visited his assisted living facility so he didn’t need to go anywhere- she took care of everything. (Even took my dad for a haircut!) She was a godsend for a daughter who couldn’t physically be there. A POA was eventually needed (after the sale) & Darleen took care of that as well! I will recommend her services to all my friends & family in the future.

She is the best Realtor we have ever had. She was always on time, and if she was delayed, would notify us. She walked us through the process, and kept encouraging us both that she would help us in anyway possible.
