She even provided me with a temporary realtor to show me houses when she was on vacation. During that time, I found my forever home, and she even split her commission with the temporary realtor . If she did not set me up with someone while she was gone, I might have lost out on the opportunity of purchasing my new home. She also provided me with all of the names and phone numbers of HOA’s, utilities, and membership to get everything set up. It was truly a pleasure working with her!
