Troy was great to work with. He was professional, ethical and respectful at all times even when I didn't make it easy for him. I found him to be knowledgeable about all aspects of selling/buying a home, open to discussion on the many decisions that need to be made when listing/selling a home. He understands today's market and I am thrilled at the price we were able to get for my home! He also paid attention to the little details that meant a lot to me. I personally dislike email but do understand the necessity when selling a home. I asked him to notify me via text anytime an email needed my response and he did so every time. The sale of my home went through quickly and smoothly, which I credit to Troy. I am very happy that I chose Troy as my realtor.

We live out of state which presented a lot of challenges in this hot market. Sarah listened carefully and respected our price point and "must haves" only showing us home that met most of our criteria. She gave us virtual tours and tried to see the homes though our filters as she described them. Many homes were gone before we could even put in a bid. Several of our bids were rejected because we insisted on an inspection. Sarah persisted and found us a perfect home that we are confident will give us years of enjoyment.

Evie made our buying experience very easy. She is knowledgeable of the area and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
