This is a absolute dream team if you want a seamless home buying experience. As a first time home buyer, we had hoops to jump through and 30+ houses I wanted to look at. I felt the entire time " As much as she spends with us, we must be the only one we take all her time." She in fact had other things selling and moving in the background but I ALWAYS felt #1. Amy & Bill's number one priority becomes you and your family, and they want the house as badly as you do to make dreams come true. Even if the realtor on the other side wont do their job, Amy & Bill make sure that things get done properly and the right way!! Thank you again for making our family have our first home :)

We are so glad to have had Carey as our realtor. There are too many reasons we cannot begin to list them but I will try. Carey was great in communicating and keeping us informed on showings and feedback from the showings. With the house empty and us not available at times she was visiting the house and making sure the house was clean and no issues had arisen. Carey worked diligently with the buyers realtors to make sure expectations were clear and the contracts correct. I would recommend Carey to anyone. She is a 10 star out of 5 in my book!

I was selling a piece of land in Florida and was being taken advantage of. I contacted Barbara and through her legal department they were able to rescind the contact. The other company was trying to take advantage of me. I then enlisted Barbara to help me sell the property for the market value. She was able to find a buyer will to pay more than the asking price. With her guidance and help she walked me through the entire process. Barbara is not only trustworthy, but honest and dedicated to doing her best for me. If you need someone who has your best interest as their first priority, I would highly recommend her.

Renee knows the greater Sarasota area extremely well. She represented us as buyers who were moving into the area from far away, and we needed that expertise. Renee is professional, helpful, and friendly. She does an excellent job matching a client's needs. We also appreciated her flexibility and positive attitude!
