I found him to be knowledgeable about all aspects of selling/buying a home, open to discussion on the many decisions that need to be made when listing/selling a home. He understands today's market and I am thrilled at the price we were able to get for my home! He also paid attention to the little details that meant a lot to me. I personally dislike email but do understand the necessity when selling a home. I asked him to notify me via text anytime an email needed my response and he did so every time.
