Nathan did an outstanding job in listing my condo in Florida. Always reachable and quick responding to all my questions. He was helpful in getting the place ready for showings (since I live out of state) and helped with everything I could not do myself since I wasn’t in Fl. My husband and I highly recommend Nathan as a Realtor. Thank you so much for all your patience, kindness and professionalism! Ana and Alex

When we decided to purchase a property, we called another agent, and got a text back to say are you really interested or just browsing. Then we called Shari. We hear from her promptly and within two days we were looking a 5 properties and eventually bought one. She was awesome and as we were not from Florida, she helped out with checking our property out, gave us options for inspections and contractors when we needed them. Overall she was just lovely to work with. Very personable and we would recommend her to anyone that was interested in working with a great agent.

Cherie is very knowledgeable of the Venice area. Cherie helped guide us every step of the way from deciding the best price to sell our house, accepting the best offer, and just providing her overall guidance and knowledge through the entire process. Cherie was always looking out for us first and reviewed all documents for us throughly to make sure they were accurate. Cherie is also a lot of fun to work with from her overall humor and energy. Cherie always had a smile on her face every time we met or talked. When we are ready to purchase our forever home, Cherie will be the first realtor we use to help us with that purchase. Thank you Cherie for all you did to help us with this next phase in our life. You truly are an amazing individual who has the biggest heart when working with her clients.
