Totally enjoyed our experiences as we worked with Holly

Holli Bryant sold our condominium for us at a time when Venice was experiencing a buyers’ market. She was resolute in getting our property sold at a competitive price. We have bought and sold eight homes over the years. Holli did all the right things, and she did them exceptionally well to market and promote our property. She worked relentlessly getting our condo the highest visibility with other realtors representing buyers, and she was constantly reaching out to show our place to potential buyers. Plus, you will never find a real estate agent who is better at communicating with her clients. She kept us beautifully informed throughout the process. Holli is the best!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our realtor, Uli Wills. She is the true definition of a consummate professional-knowledgeable, responsive, kind and an exceptional communicator. Uli always had our best interests at heart and has gone above and beyond to make every step of the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We had the pleasure of working with Uli 8 years ago when we were living in Connecticut and looking to purchase an investment property in Florida. When the time came for us to permanently move to Florida , there was absolutely no question about who we wanted by our side. We trusted her completely to help us sell our property and find our dream home- and she exceeded every expectation! Uli was incredibly patient and dedicated throughout the entire process, always listening to what we wanted and worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for us. Her commitment, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. What started as a realtor-client relationship 8 years ago has blossomed into a friendship. We feel incredibly grateful to have had Uli in our corner through such an important chapter in our lives. If you’re looking for a realtor who is trustworthy, hardworking, compassionate, and genuinely invested in her clients, we highly recommend Uli Wills . She is SIMPLY THE BEST ! John Makar and Eileen Hansen

She was very responsive and explained how she operated and intended to market our home. Uli was professional and had a keen sense of the market. The photos and presentation of our home were excellent. Her communication style was very easy to understand, and she guided us through the process. The negotiations with the buyers were clear and concise. We would certainly use her again and recommend her to other sellers.

Uli was so persistent in making sure all the details were handled on our property. I highly recommend her—in fact we have used her five times already! That should speak volumes.
