Well I saw this Condo online and fell in Love with it! It was exactly what I was looking for. Two bedrooms One bathroom and a very large Lanai ! So I showed it to my Sister and Brother in law and My Sister called Reeny and made an appointment for that day ( I think ) so we went to look at it and I was Sold! I gave Reeny the Deposit and I think it was a week later I was at the closing! I didn't have to do hardly anything except show up! And now it is mine and I Love it! And her assistant is a Doll also!

Josie is very professional and knows the marketplace and helped us secure our home Siesta Key. A pleasure to work with.

My husband and I were first time home buyers! Tim was very patient and kind! He took the time to explain the process and was always available to answer any questions along the way! Being a worrier by nature, Tim's professional knowledge put my mind at ease! He knew the area incredibly well and made excellent recommendations for other trustworthy and fairly priced service providers - so well in fact, even after shopping around, we went with his suggested loan officer, lawyer, inspectors (termite and general) and insurance agent (and now we're even getting a better price on our auto insurance!). After a remarkably low stress and surprise free experience, we are in a home that is more than dreamed of and couldn't be happier! We are very grateful for Tim's guidance and services!
