Being a worrier by nature, Tim's professional knowledge put my mind at ease! He knew the area incredibly well and made excellent recommendations for other trustworthy and fairly priced service providers - so well in fact, even after shopping around, we went with his suggested loan officer, lawyer, inspectors (termite and general) and insurance agent (and now we're even getting a better price on our auto insurance!). After a remarkably low stress and surprise free experience, we are in a home that is more than dreamed of and couldn't be happier! We are very grateful for Tim's guidance and services!
