Tim did not pressure us as he knew we were waiting to sell our house in md.before we purchased in fl. But he kept us up on what the market was doing. When we were ready to purchase he went and looked at properties for us while we were still in md. When he found the perfect one for use made sure that things moved along smoothly. Tim went out of his way and picked us up at our hotel and took us to closing and brought us back. He also went to the home inspection when we could not be there. He left us a thoughtful gift as well at our new home. He called after we were moved in to see how we were doing and to see if he could do anything for us.
