Betina was so amazing in helping my family through our first experience buying a home. She is very responsive and was always quick to help find answers to our questions. She gave honest feedback about the houses we were seeing and helped us secure our first home purchase. When the seller of the house we bought wasn’t wanting to fix something so the sell could go through, Betina fixed the issue herself. She said she didn’t want something so small to stop us from getting our home. That blew me away! Shes amazing, and I will be keeping her contact in my phone for any future endeavors we may need her for.

Monika White is an exellent real estate agent. She staged our home, and advised a professional photographer to take outstanding pictures. She has a tremendous market knowledge and estimated the right sales price for our home. At the end of our contract the home was sold for that very price Monika estimated at the beginning of our conversation. Monika has a huge technical background for building and remodeling of homes. She accompanied us in every step when selling our home and negotiated contract terms in the sales contract into our favor. She is a very realiable person and when we had open houses events she was always on time. We can only highly recommend Monika White as an top notch and very savvy realtor in Florida.
