The home looked great in the pictures. We left her in charge of everything because we were out of state at the time and she watered our plants and garden every other day. Anita held open house for us almost every day until we started receiving offers. We sold our house in the summer and the market was slow, but Anita did everything she could and used very good marketing, so our house sold fast. Our country with Anita was very good, she always gave us feedback from the buyers and their agents after the showings and open houses. She also helped us negotiate the terms of the sale and we had a very pleasant experience. Anita gave us guidance in every step throughout the process. We are very happy with everything that she has done for us and we felt like she really wanted to help us in every possible way. After vetting several realtor’s, Brandi was a referral from my daughter-in-law in California.
