Heather is great! She is a high energy go getter that will sell you house. Ours sold in less than a week. She helped and guided us the whole way to make our house look and sound like it really was (no touched photos, no made up description). She doesn't sit still and wait to sell it either. The whole time she is following up with us to make sure we are ready to show while being the perfect liaison between us and the selling agent. I wish we could give her a higher rating (10 stars A++++). Hey Heather, Want to sell our house in Texas next.

I recently bought a house listed by Heather in Venice, Florida. I found her to be cordial, professional, and quite knowledgeable. She also understood my needs. After the purchase price was agreed upon, she even arraigned a meeting with a mortgage company that was competitive and efficient and was able to close in three weeks! Heather made sure she was there for the entire process.
