I recently bought a house listed by Heather in Venice, Florida. I found her to be cordial, professional, and quite knowledgeable. She also understood my needs. After the purchase price was agreed upon, she even arraigned a meeting with a mortgage company that was competitive and efficient and was able to close in three weeks! Heather made sure she was there for the entire process.

Heather was awesome! I have never seen anybody work so hard to find somebody a house. She spent countless hours doing research and spending time with us looking at numerous homes. We looked at several different towns, and she was knowledgeable about every one of them. She guided us through every aspect of the home buying experience, at times "holding our hands" and explaining everything to us in great detail. She certainly knows her business and will work diligently for her clients. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with her on a personal level as well. She is funny, thoughtful and well put together.
