Alison was so very patient with us as we hadn't been through the process of buying a home in 30 years! She understood what our requirements were and helped us navigate through all of the options on the market. She was very knowledgeable about what was available and, once we found "the one", she walked us through the process, step by step. She was, most certainly, our advocate and helped us get a fair price (for both parties) for our dream retirement home. Her negotiation skills came into play when a leak was found in one of the bathrooms during inspection. She went above and beyond, getting several contractors to get estimates so she could effectively negotiate with the seller for a fair credit. Because we were in another state, Alison would volunteer to video a walkthrough for us anytime we found a place we wanted to see. She always kept us in the loop and communicated often and was always available if we needed to talk to her. We are loving our new place and couldn't have done it without Alison's guidance!
