We are out state buyers and needed to find a home we could rent for a few years and then make it our retirement home. We only knew we liked the Gulf coast areas and wanted a larger waterfront, within a price range, with a view and in excellent shape. We also had a short window of time to find one during a 1 week trip. With their help, we negotiated a very good deal and a month later on a 2nd trip, we purchased it. All this in the span of 2 months and only two trips.
