Overall good experience

Jamie and his team was the best experience I could have hoped for. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They went far beyond what I would have expected from them. Jamie always responded quickly and was very knowledgeable. We moved from out of state and he went out of his way to make sure that everything happened the way it was supposed to.

During the process they also explained how they would market the condo. They also were extremely helpful in removing personal affects that we were unable to attend too as we were back in Canada. The whole process was smooth and once we received an offer they were very helpful and made us comfortable during the negotiation process prior to closing. During the closing process they were helpful in determining a closing agent. The closing went very smooth and the whole process was very smooth.
