Working with Kris was a great experience. He was always there when we needed something, answered every question with patience, and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how he explained everything step by step without rushing us. We never felt alone or pressured, just supported. I’m grateful for his help and would happily work with him again.

We have used Bill and Cheryl in 3 real estate transactions and they are super knowledgeable, professional and great people. Highly recommend them.

Working with Andree Huffine to purchase our second home was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Since we were relocating from out of state, her support made a huge difference. She went out of her way to personally take us around the area, making sure we felt comfortable and informed about the neighborhoods. That level of care really helped reduce the stress of a long-distance move. What truly set her apart were the thoughtful personal touches. Walking into our new home and seeing the beautiful flowers she gifted us was such a sweet and memorable moment. It showed how much she truly cares about her clients beyond just the transaction. If you're looking for a realtor who is professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, we highly recommend Andree Huffine. We’re so grateful she was part of our home-buying journey. — Franco and Cynthia

Jesse was knowledgeable, his communication was prompt and frequent, he was resourceful, and accessible. Jesse truly made this process at ease for us! Without Jesse I am not sure we would have been able to navigate all of the issues that occurred with building a new home purchase. Moving forward Jesse will always be our agent!

Shawna Calvert, Craig Peterson and the team at 27 North Realty were nothing short of amazing! From our initial meeting where Shawna explained their selling process so well to the day of closing, they were with me all the way. The marketing team did a fantastic job! My home sold in 4 days in a very slow sellers market. I highly recommend 27 North Realty!

Chris Schuetz did an outstanding job selling our townhome in Parrish Florida. From the initial contact to the closing, Chris was an excellent agent. He communicates often and is always available to answer questions or respond to any issues that arise. He knows the area and he listed our property at a price that was determined from good research. Our property sold in less than a week to the first people that looked at it. You will feel like you are working with a friend when Chris is your agent. Our closing lawyer initially recommended Chris to us because of how impressed she was with closings that she had done with him. We are so glad we took her advice! You will be glad also if you choose Chris as your agent! I am recommending him to my friends and relatives.

Corey did great job from A to Z helping me to find a house and close

We have used George 3 times over the last 8 years to sell our properties. In all instances George has risen to the top. This sale was particularly challenging because we were selling our property while living out of state. The situation was even more difficult because we were undergoing medical treatment at the soon after the house went on the market. George not only managed the sale but he did so under some emotionally pressure times. He was calm, responsive and took charge and allowed me to care for my loved one. We appreciate all of his and Marcia’s work. In the interest of privacy I’ve masked my last name.

Javy is an exceptional realtor. My wife and I loved all the homes that we have seen with javy, ultimately we found the perfect home within 2 days. Javy was able to negotiate the price to the lowest. We really enjoyed working with javy, and I would choose to work with him in the future.
