FIVE STAR AGENT💫

Without hesitation I can say Chris is a FIVE STAR AGENT. This was our first purchase in Florida and it was seemless all because of Chris. He was three steps ahead of us during the entire process. You will feel like you are working with a friend...

Chris Schuetz did an outstanding job selling our townhome in Parrish Florida. From the initial contact to the closing, Chris was an excellent agent. He communicates often and is always available to answer questions or respond to any issues that arise. He knows the area and he listed our property at a price that was determined from good research. Our property sold in less than a week to the first people that looked at it. You will feel like you are working with a friend when Chris is your agent. Our closing lawyer initially recommended Chris to us because of how impressed she was with closings that she had done with him. We are so glad we took her advice! You will be glad also if you choose Chris as your agent! I am recommending him to my friends and relatives.

Outstanding Job!

Chris did an outstanding job reassuring us and answering all of our questions throughout the process of selling our home. He was available consistently and always had our best interests in mind.
