She has outstanding people in her Rolodex - inspecting - repairing - cleaning - and moving - all of which are reasonable and as outstanding as her. Her market price analysis has always been accurate. Nobody knows that market better than her. She is even better at dealing with difficult sellers and buyers - she knows how to make a deal happen! Alice in our experience is very unique when it comes to realtors in Marco Island. She took time with us, looked at several properties in many locations on the island, and always had time to meet or discuss what we were looking for. We had several areas we were considering, South Beach Area, Smokehouse Bay, Residence Beach, Old Marco, etc. Alice took us to each of those areas, listened to our comments, and really found a property that would fit both of our desires, which were quite different. In the end, she found the perfect place for us and even helped tremendously with the work before the closing, inspections, final walk through, while we were out of the country.
