Scott and Suzanne were very personable and responsive to our questions throughout the listing period. Their knowledge of the market helped us price our property appropriately and resulted in a reasonably quick sale of the property. Our only disappointment with Scott and Suzanne was from the time of communication from the title company that our closing was complete it was 4 months before we received any communications of congratulations or appreciation of doing business together from Scott and Suzanne.

I really appreciated Scott’s knowledge of the market and the advice he gave me during a downturn in sales and prices. I also enjoyed working with him as he has a great positive attitude. He was also very understanding why it was hard for me to sell my condo! He and his wife make a great team to work with. If I decide to buy another property it will be with Scott’s help!

Scott and Suzanne are an excellent team and stay on top of all a transaction on both the buy and sell side. We bought and sold properties with their help in both a hot market and a down market. In both cases they were proactive, attentive, responsive and realistic in their approach and advice. They kept us totally in the loop and their were no surprises and even provide post sale support when loose ends that realtors on the other side of a transaction don’t do their jobs properly, freeing us up to focus on our own priorities. Highly recommend them!

Scott and Suzanne exceeded our expectations at every turn during the sale process of our home. From a no pressure listing meeting, spot on advice on listing price, savvy negotiations with multiple bidders and service above and beyond while we were at our other home in New Jersey. They delivered on all of our "wish-list" items: Sell for a good price, short marketing period, sell to "nice" people and close on a precise date. All of this was accomplished at an above ask price and under contract in 24 hours after initial listing. We have bought / sold many residences over the years and this transaction was by far the easiest and most satisfying due Scott's and Suzanne's efforts and local expertise.
